Bart, the son of Ralph and Dorothy Bonacci Carbone. has three sisters, Catherine Acor, Cecilia Carbone, and Rose Dellefave. He was born and raised in Seneca Falls; is a graduate of Mynderse Academy and St. John Fisher College. He is the proud father of four children Kelly, Joelle, Ralph Peter and Katie. He shares his retirement with Sue Dellefave. St. Anthony Commission President Karen Burlingame states “the Commission feels that Bart Carbone is an excellent choice. He is a tremendous asset to our community.” He will be honored September 6, 2009 at the 11:00AM Mass, at St. Patrick’s Church in Seneca Falls. At 10:00AM there will be a procession from at Rumseyville Sportsmen’s Club to the church. Prior to the procession the St. Anthony’s Commission is hosting a continental breakfast at the Rumseyville Club. All former honorees and their families are invited to participate in the procession. The festival features free admission and parking, live music, rides for children of all ages, Italian food and games of chance. There is truly something for everyone. On Sunday the festival concludes with a spectacular fireworks display sponsored by the IESI Seneca Meadows. The community is urged to celebrate the end of summer by attending this event and help honor Bart Carbone and the Italian Heritage of Seneca Falls. In grateful recognition and appreciation for contributions to community service and religious activities and for furthering the Italian culture and heritage within our community.
